We offer three membership tiers: Standard (₦50,000/year), Executive (₦150,000/year), and Founder (₦500,000/year). Each tier offers increasing levels of benefits and access. Fees are paid annually and are non-refundable.

Once your membership is active, you can browse available properties, select your desired plot, pay from your wallet, and receive your ownership documents. All properties undergo thorough due diligence before listing.

Yes, we offer installment payment plans for select properties. Properties that allow installment payments are clearly marked on the listing. Terms vary by property and are disclosed before purchase.

You can fund your wallet through Paystack (card/transfer), Flutterwave, or direct bank transfer. Funds are credited to your wallet instantly for electronic payments and within 24 hours for bank transfers.

You receive a complete document package including survey plans, allocation letters, receipts, deeds, and contracts. All documents are stored securely in your Document Vault and available for download anytime.

Absolutely! Each member receives a unique referral code to share with friends and family. Referrals help the club grow and are tracked through our referral system. While we do not offer commissions, referrals are recognized and appreciated.

Your membership expires one year from the date of joining. You will receive reminders 30, 14, and 7 days before expiry. To renew, simply pay the annual fee through your dashboard, and your membership will be extended for another year.
